Functional Ingredients

We're very pleased to receive our first samples of Rosemary extract, the first additions to our new range of functional ingredients.

These are both forms of rosemary extract, one a powder, the other in oil. Most of the rosemary flavour and odour is removed, but what remains is a powerful anti-oxidant suitable for use in clean declaration products.

These days a health conscious public is weary of chemical anti-oxidants such as nitrites and sulphites, these products declare as a user friendly "antioxidant: rosemary extract".
