All We Need Now is Parsley

The last few weeks have seen the arrival of plent of new equipment as we gear up for the 2018 season. This year we're going to make every day a perfect day for harvesting, regardless of weather. Prior to the regular drying process in the factory the parsley will now be washed, centrifuged and air-dried, so rainy days will no longer be a disadvantage. Unfortunately the British weather has it's own ideas, parsley growth has been significantly slowed by lack of rain and the harvest has yet to start.
