Water For Kenyan School

Great to see that the new bore hole for Pe-Hill Boys Secondary School is already up and running. Camstar CEO Ed Starke is delighted that we have been able to provide funding for this, and hopes that our friends and trading partners will follow his example. The next challenge for Pe-Hill is to find funding for water purification.

While Pe-Hill already had rain water storage facilities this did not fully cover the six month dry season, and the only alternative was a long journey on foot to a polluted lake where water could be purchased. The journey took up valuable school time for the boys, and the water would often make them ill.
