2017 Camomile Harvest Now Over

We're very pleased with the quality of this year's harvest, just finished. Camomile looked great in the field and the oil looked great in the bottle. Here we see the flowers being cut and left in rows. They'll be allowed to dry, and turned once combining two rows into one.

The cut flowers are picked by the harvester and put into special trailers which are also distillation retorts. They're just driven to the plant and hooked up for the process to begin.
