Ed Takes Centre Stage

As farmers struggle with changing climate we're all becoming aware that the sourcing of spices is presenting ongoinging challenges. CEO Ed Starke was in India recently to keep in touch with old friends and meet with potential new suppliers. Here he is at the 2025 International Spice Conference in Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore).

This year's theme was "Building Trust Beyond Borders" and topics covered included supply chain transparency, sustainable agriculture and focusing on the changing situation for such crops as ginger and turmeric.
