Camomile Harvest and Distillation 2020

The 2020 Camomule harvest is now well under way, above we see the flowers being cut ready to be raked into rows.
Once it's in rows it can be picked up by the harvester, which quite literally throws the crop into one of our mobile stills. Next the still is taken directly to the steam distillery at Chestnuts Farm.

The once the essential oil is separated it's filtered to be ready for decantation.
